This shop grew out of a small obsession: the symbols people around the Mediterranean have worn for centuries — the eye and the hamsa — are usually sold with stories nobody can back up. What we liked were the objects themselves. So we sell amulets as what they are: nicely made jewellery carrying an old motif, with the price, the delivery time and the terms written plainly.
What we do
We pick our models from vetted suppliers, check the materials and the workmanship, and keep the range deliberately narrow — one bracelet in three colours, which we can describe down to the last millimetre. Orders are dispatched from our partner warehouse in the European Union, which means delivery in 5 to 10 days. The price is €25.00 per piece, VAT included.
How we choose our models
- Materials before stories. We know what the bracelet is made of and it says so on the site — 8 mm glass beads, an alloy with an antique silver finish, an elastic cord.
- Workmanship that survives being worn. We ordered samples before putting the bracelet on sale; if the finish had rubbed off or the cord had given way, we would not have taken it.
- No surprises at the door. We ship from within the European Union, so there is no import VAT and no customs clearance fee for you to pay.
- The photos are real. The images show the piece the customer receives; with glass we point out that the pattern varies from piece to piece.
What we do not do
- We do not claim that an amulet heals, protects or brings luck, money or love. No such effect has been demonstrated and we do not promise one.
- We do not sell fortune telling, readings or any service alongside the jewellery.
- We do not sell subscriptions that renew automatically.
- We do not charge hidden fees and we do not hide the delivery time — you see both before you confirm the order.
- We do not sell or rent customer data to third parties.
- We do not publish made-up reviews. A review is published only once we have checked that it comes from a real customer, and we do not delete it for being negative.
- We do not display struck-through "was" prices the product was never actually sold at.
